Psychopathy, sociopathy and narcissism

Psychopathy, sociopathy and narcissism, what in the U.S. jurisdiction are called 'Cluster B personality disorders', are something entirely different from merely 'bad behavior'. Humans who who are characterized by traits like this, have a social attitude fundamentally different from that of normal humans, and even have differences in the physical brain structure, compared to normal people.

Because psychopaths generally cannot be 'cured', and have abnormalities that are not random but uniform or typical, some researchers suggest psychopaths should be considered a taxon, that is a sub-species within the main human species.
