• Low IQ (maybe inlucding women, and some men, who think it's their 'baby')?

If you know the harness thing toddlers sometimes are held by, by their parent, it looks kind of like that, how many (most) dog owners so-called walk their dog. They sort of want their dog to ‘explore the world’, figure out this strange thing that is the ditch… It looks delusional. My thought is these dog owners should maybe be on a leish, themselves…

Being realistic

If people have particular reasons and perspectives, their view on a given situation or topic may be skewed. With regard to the predator species of animals that are dogs, there may be issues that are actively overlooked by dog owners and, secondarily, people who want to be polite and friendly to dog owners.
